Job Summary:

We are seeking a experienced MERN Stack Developer with a decade of hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with a working knowledge of basic DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Architect, design, and develop full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
  2. Collaborate with Client, Product Managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  3. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with proper unit and integration tests.
  4. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  5. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications
  6. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  7. Implement and manage basic DevOps processes including:
    • Version control using Git/GitHub/GitLab
    • CI/CD setup (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
    • Basic Docker usage and container orchestration understanding
    • Deployment on cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP – basic level)
  8. Work with NoSQL (MongoDB) and manage database schema and performance.

Required Skills:

  1. Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack:
    • MongoDB (including aggregation, indexing, performance tuning)
    • Express.js
    • React.js (including hooks, Redux, component lifecycle)
    • Node.js (including async programming, REST APIs, WebSockets)
  2. Strong JavaScript and ES6+ skills
  3. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture
  4. Experience in integrating third-party APIs and services
  5. Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress
  6. Version control using Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)

DevOps Exposure (Basic Knowledge):

  1. CI/CD pipelines: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
  2. Containerization: Basic Docker usage (Dockerfiles, docker-compose)
  3. Understanding of cloud services (e.g., AWS EC2/S3/Lambda or GCP equivalents)
  4. Basic shell scripting and Linux server management
  5. Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) – preferred but not mandatory

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive with 4+ years of experience in lead generation and sales enablement—specifically in the domains of IT Services and Staff Augmentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a high-quality sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential clients and booking meetings for our senior sales team.

You will work closely with marketing and leadership to drive outreach campaigns, build strong relationships with prospects, and support business growth across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate high-quality leads through personalized email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, outbound calls and social selling.
  2. Identify and engage key decision-makers in target companies for custom software development, AI solutions, and staff augmentation.
  3. Create outreach strategies tailored to our services.
  4. Set up discovery calls and qualified meetings for the Business Development or Sales team.
  5. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and pipeline data.
  6. Follow up with leads to nurture interest and drive them toward conversion.
  7. Work closely with the marketing team to align on messaging, campaigns, and feedback loops.
  8. Track and analyze KPIs including outreach volume, meeting conversion rates, and lead quality.
  9. Stay informed about trends in IT services, AI, and staffing models (offshore, nearshore, onsite).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation role in IT services environments.
  2. Prior experience in generating leads in Custom Software, Staff Augmentation, SaaS Product, CRM implementation is mandatory.
  3. Strong experience in LinkedIn outreach, multi-touch sales sequences, and cold calling.
  4. Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, HubSpot, Crunchbase, etc.
  5. Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  6. Proven ability to understand and pitch technology solutions, IT services, and resourcing models to C-level executives or decision-makers.
  7. Self-starter mindset with a focus on targets and accountability.

Nice to Have:

  1. Experience in targeting international markets such as US, Middle East, or UK.
  2. Understanding of various staffing models (T&M, fixed cost, dedicated teams) and Software development models (Fixed Cost, T&M).
  3. Exposure to selling in domains like FinTech, CRM, Healthcare IT and AI-powered applications.

  1. Educational Qualification:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / MCA or equivalent.
  2. Proven Experience:
    • Experience as a QA Engineer, with expertise in User Acceptance Testing
    • Strong proficiency in optimizing QA processes for better efficiency
  3. Technical Skills:
    • Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
    • Perform functional, regression, integration, API, UI/UX, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
    • Analyze business and system requirements and ensure traceability to test scenarios and scripts.
    • Identify, document, and report bugs using defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
    • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure high-quality deliverables.
    • Conduct performance testing using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
    • Continuously monitor and optimize QA processes for better efficiency.
    • Create and maintain clear test documentation and provide test progress/status reports.
    • Work within Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  4. Additional Skills:
    • Knowledge of implementing and maintaining automated test frameworks and scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc. is not mandatory but will be given preference.
  5. Soft Skills:
