Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on driving sales of our custom development and staff augmentation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement effective sales strategies to promote our custom development and staff augmentation services.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
  3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Present and demonstrate our services to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition.
  5. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and handle client feedback.
  7. Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to meet and exceed sales targets.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. 4-6 years of experience in sales, with a focus on IT services (custom development and staff augmentation).
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various IT staffing models.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  6. Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Knowledge of CRM software and sales performance metrics.
