The company was facing significant challenges in managing customer profiles and quotations. The lack of a suitable internal tool was making it difficult to offer a personalized approach to clients. Solution

We created an internal SuiteCRM portal that simplified our client’s lead and travel list management. The portal allows access to leads from various sources, includes location-based tracking, and enables the entire team to view and complete all tasks in a single panel. This new system has made it more convenient, eliminating the need for different templates or software for different tasks.
