The ADIVASI GRANTS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ADIGRAMS) Portal functions as a centralized database for the Ministry of Tribal Affairs and State Tribal Development/Welfare Departments. It enables easy access, interaction, and review of the latest information and progress on various schemes. This system allows officials at different levels to instantly evaluate program performance and make timely decisions, completely digitizing the proposal and approval process for Tribal Affairs schemes.

Our roles & responsibilities:
- Mind IT oversaw requirements gathering and directed the delivery of the ADIVASI GRANTS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ADIGRAMS) Portal.
- The portal acts as a centralized database for the Ministry of Tribal Affairs and State Tribal Development/Welfare Department, facilitating access, interaction, and analysis of current project progress in Adivasi areas.
- It empowers officials and stakeholders at different administrative levels to monitor and evaluate project performance in real time, aiding prompt decision-making.
- The platform will completely digitalize the proposal submission and approval process for various Ministry of Tribal Affairs schemes (MoTA)
During development our team was responsible for client demo to the client, change requests handling, progress tracking and on-time product delivery.
