GIGW Compliant Front-end Development for IRDAI

The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) is the Insurance Regulatory Body of India under the jurisdiction of Ministry of Finance , Government of India. The Authority is tasked with regulating and licensing the insurance and re-insurance industries in India.

 

Our roles & responsibilities:

  • Tailored HTML pages for IRDAI main and Policy Holder websites to showcase a fresh look within their CMS.
  • Collaborated with the CMS team to ensure adherence to government guidelines concerning accessibility and security.
  • Optimized rendering of web pages across various devices, sizes, and resolutions, incorporating features such as dark mode and adjustable font sizes.

Guidelines followed: GIGW, W3C, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 level AA certification, Nielsen and Molich’s 10 User Interface Design Guidelines and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0).
